Effective date: March 25, 2026 · Operator: Programmatic Solutions International LLC (“PSI,” “we,” “us”)
This Privacy Policy describes how Programmatic Solutions International LLC collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Digital Engines platform and related websites and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
This policy is provided for transparency and operational use. It is not legal advice. Where required by law, additional notices or rights may apply.
1. Who we are
Programmatic Solutions International LLC operates from Florida, United States. For privacy inquiries, contact us through our contact form or at sales@psillc.org.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
- Account and authentication data — usernames, email addresses, roles, passwords or credentials (stored using appropriate security practices), and session identifiers.
- Organization and billing data — business or organization name, billing address, tax identifiers when provided, and similar account profile fields.
- Contact and sales inquiries — information you submit through contact forms (for example name, company, phone, email, interest selection, and message content).
- Payment data — payment processing is handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers; Stripe processes card data subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
- Service and operational data — configuration, usage, logs, diagnostics, security events, and content you upload or generate while using the platform (for example scripts, audio, call-related metadata, and support tickets).
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and similar technical data from requests to our servers.
3. Cookies, storage, and similar technologies
We use the following categories of technologies:
- Essential cookies and sessions — to maintain secure sessions (for example after login), CSRF protection, and core site functionality.
- Local storage — the site may store UI preferences such as light/dark theme in your browser’s
localStorage.
- Checkout — when you use checkout, Stripe may set cookies or use similar technologies as part of processing payments.
- Performance diagnostics (public pages) — on some public pages, lightweight client-side checkpoints may record timing or debug information in the browser (for example performance marks). This is not used for cross-site advertising.
We do not use a cookie consent banner today because we limit non-essential tracking on the public site. If we add analytics or advertising technologies that require consent in your jurisdiction, we will update this policy and our practices accordingly.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services;
- Authenticate users, enforce access controls, and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Process payments and fulfill subscriptions or orders;
- Communicate with you about the Services, including support and service-related notices;
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Service;
- Conduct internal analytics and troubleshooting in support of reliability and security.
5. How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers — vendors that assist us with hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, and similar functions, subject to confidentiality and processing terms.
- Stripe — for payment processing as described above.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or similar process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on data type and legal requirements.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information (for example access, deletion, or opt-out of certain processing). To exercise rights, contact us using the information above. We may need to verify your request. If we deny a request, you may have the right to appeal under applicable law.
9. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International users
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy, except where prohibited by law.
